The shipping charges have always been a problem for online shoppers. This is now going to cause more of a problem than it already did. The shipping charges have been going up, and we continue to see the charges surging still now.

Now shipping of goods across the countries are going on really high, and this is going to increase the rate of the consumer’s products too.

It won’t matter if you are buying the goods online or if you are buying them from a shop. Everything that is being imported needs to be shipped, and since we have seen a global shortage of shipping containers, it is going to raise the price even more.

“UUNCTAD’s analysis shows that the current surge in container freight rates, if sustained, could increase global import price levels by 11% and consumer price levels by 1.5% between now and 2023,” the UN report had stated this Thursday.

In the current situation and its prevalence, we see that the United States is going to be among the countries with an increase in the consumer’s prices. There would be an intense consumer price rise by 1.2%, China is also going to be there, and they would see a 1.4% increase, the report said.
